2. How to Start a Return

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or isn't working properly, please let us know immediately! Send us a photo or video of the issue within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a **free replacement** or issue a full refund—no need to return the damaged item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit Card) within 5-7 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
